Marma (1 hour)

A relaxing treatment to harmonise the body’s energy channels and restore and maintain health

The Marma technique is one of the most restorative Ayurvedic treatments as it harmonises the body’s energy network, and restores and maintains health.

Marma are vital points along the body’s subtle energy channels, or Nadis. Just as in the physical body passageways become blocked by toxins, the tiniest bit of mental distress can cloud or obstruct these points, reducing the flow of energy. A gentle touch on these marma points releases the blocks and allows the prana, or life force energy, to flow to the connecting organs or tissues, giving them a new lease of life.

All you have to do is lie down, relax and enjoy this simple and highly effective 1 hour treatment.
