Punarnava
Punarnava plant (Boerhavia diffusa), including the root and the leaves have medicinal properties, which has long been used in India. The leaves are eaten as a vegetable. The juice of the plant are used to treat asthma, urinary tract infection, leukorrhea, rheumatism and encephalitis, as it has antimicrobial properties.
The plant has diuretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrinolytic and anti-bacterial effect on the body and lowers blood pressure. The tablets are useful in cardiovascular diseases and supports the kidneys and urinary system.
Use: 1 to 2 tablets twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Ingredients: Punarnava, whole plant (Boerhavia diffusa)
Other ingredients: starch, DCP (dicalcium phosphate), gum arabic, primogin, aerosil; release agent: talc, magnesium stearate; preservative: potassium sorbate.
Caution: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children!
